Any known tricks to get on suboxone (or something like it) w/o insurance?

Hi all, my employer does not provide insurance. In addition, I do not make a lot of money and currently would be unable to afford a script of suboxone. However, I REALLy want to get off dope, but can't afford a rehab vacation either. I just need to detox. Are there any tricks to getting an affordable script w/o insurance?
