Any advice for me going thru strong withdrawals from going cold turkey from xanax not

Can anymore gone thru xanax withdrawals ran out of xanax and feel worst i have ever felt. will not be able to get tefill for 15 more days. don't know if i.can take it

In a word, you're fucked.

Dunno where you are but in the UK if you make an emergency appointment at the docs and walk in looking like you are about to die and tell them you are in full blown benzo withdrawal they will probably script you something because of the risk of grand mal seizure. Would go against the hippocratic oath to refuse a medicine that will reduce the risk of a potentially fatal accident.

Drinking will take the edge off, but it's not really the right route to go.

Good luck. A xanax cluck should be done in a couple of days anyway for the most part because of the short half life.

You absolutely can not go 15 days without ingesting a benzo. If you start feeling ill, hyper-anxious, or symptomatic of seizures please call an emergency healthcare service. Benzodiazepine withdrawal is life threatening and can leave you with life-long neurological problems if you cessiate use abruptly. Please don't take any chances and get help, no matter what the financial cost is.

^ This, all of this is 100% correct. Also, not to scare you, but keep in mind that when a seizure hits there often isn't a whole lot of warning. I'd say the best course of action would honestly be to admit the problem to health care professionals, so they can safely titrate you off.

While I know this isn't optimal, your life is worth much more than your pride. Be safe and feel better.

I agree with entheo. You need to seek professional help ASAP.

OP - how long have you been on benzos? The seizures are not fun. This is coming from someone who tried to commit suicide because of benzo withdrawal but then had seizures from the withdrawal that prevented me from carrying through. You need to seen help ASAP. Also, talk to your prescribing doctor about other ways to help your anxiety. Running out of your script that early signifies a problem that needs to be addressed immediately.
