I have posted earler explaining I take max doses of two antidepressants and adderall. I also have for 18 months taken librium. From 40 mg which I took by mistake, I easily (still depressed, of course) went two 10 mg daily, then for a year just 5 mg. Now to my shock I cannot go from 4.5 to 4. I had a pharmacist turn the lowest dose capsules (5 mg.) into 1 mg., and .5 mg.
I am very sick, pretty severe anxiety, some panic. Does anyone even take librium any more? Is this even possible? Can it be the %, not the amount; in other words I have gone from 5 to 4 in 10 days -- 20%. Help please -- tell me I am not losing any more marbles than usual -- and remind me this is wthdrawal.
I shouldn't complain. The guy who chemically discovered librium (and valium) lost most of his family in the Holocaust. Don
