I've had chronic anxiety since I took my 1st and last pill 14 weeks ago. I took it amongst a week of constant drinking and partying and little sleep. 6 days after I took the x and 2 days after I stopped drinking I became real dizzy which lasted for two weeks. Still had anxiety over the situation and still do. Now in the past week I have sufferd insominia and over the last day or do I'm starting to get muscle pains in chest and forearms. Could this be related I'm losing my mind fretting over the situation and it seems worse when I'm highly stressed

Do you have a test kit to confirm it was mdma you took?

It could have been something else and thats why you are feeling dizzy for all that time.

stoping heavy drinking abruptly can cause dizziness and anxiety as your brain tries to readjust its GABA levels without the constant flow you feed it with alcohol. possible siezures and insomnia can go along with this. it also sounds like you could have made things worse by being unrested. on top of that, mdma can give people anxiety following use...anxiety also has a snowball effect. If you felt anxiety, then you start thinking about anxiety....the more time you think about anxiety...the more you start creating anxiety.

I'm a natural worry that's just me lol never tested them but all my friends took the same ones at the same time they are all fine they have no problems brain cognitive wise I'm good no effect on memory movement or anything like that. Just got anxiety which I usually get from time to time over daft things. It's just been worse this week with lack of sleep which could be due to the fact that I just finished nightshift on Xmas eve. Just got me self sum camomile tea to c if that helps off not Ill go to hospital tomorrow

I would start taking L-tryptophan supplements for a week or so, and do cardivascular exercise. If you'd rather not do the supplements, milk is a good source of tryptophan. Sounds like you need serotonin. You could also try "Marley's Mellow Mood" tea as it has melatonin/valerian root/beer hops/kava kava - all natural ingredients that make me hella sleepy when I drink the stuff
