Anxiety v.s. Paranoia what's the difference ? Anxiety is more of a physical feeling and paranoia is generally a mental state of mind. Half the time people complain about anxiety when there really paranoid instead. If you really want to figure it out do some research and compare both of the topics.

also adrenaline, i think just anxiety but instead of flight it's fight. all very close. anxiety cripples you, adrenaline energizes you, and paranoia has you running in circles, is my advice.

Anxiety & paranoia are a bit related, but anxiety is worry about actual perceptions, paranoia is when the perceptions are distorted to the point of believing the anxiety is real, when it's about distorted, imaginary perceptions, which you believe are real.
Both are nasty interpretations of concensus reality, a bit lie somatic and neuropathic pain are cousins of each other...

If you have a doctor who doesn't know or care: Then I would say anxiety will get you much better drugs( benzos) than someone being treated with anti- psychotic drugs and mood stabilizers.
