muscle tension and anxiety on lsd come up.
so i have enjoyed lsd for many years and i love taking it in all sorts of settings, sometimes the anxiety of the come up makes this very hard as i tend to want to be alone, shplopped and twisting on the bed for 2 hours.
i actually do not enjoy the first few hours on lsd at at all, from the molment it hits the back of my throat a shiver goes down my spine and i can already feel the quirkiness onsetting. i really enjoy the trip after about 2.5/3-4 hours in once i feel the anxiety leave and the silliness comes in.
i have tried preloading my body with magnesium and potassium as those usually help my leg tension IRL but it doesnt seem to have much effect.
is there anything else i can take for the anxiety and muscle tension that isnt going to effect the quality of the experience?
