First of all i know that i am very stupid and shouldnt have done it this much, I am not looking for sympathy just some advice.
I have done MDMA countless times over the past 2 years and i never noticed any negative effects minus the physical comedown up until recently (which is why i have decided to quit) i have never really felt depressed or anxious for an extended period of time but it has all just hit me in the face. I wake up every day with a feeling of dread and i am just trying to get by day by day. I also have only just realised how bad my memory has gotten.. if you asked me what i did on (x) day i couldnt tell you, i struggle remembering anything i need to, i struggle knowing what day it is most of the time.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything i can do to help recover at all? I understand that i have damaged my brain and it will never be 100% but is there anything i can do at all and will it improve even in the slightest? I have started taking 200mg of 5-htp daily to help with the anxiety and depression but it is the memory side of things that is bugging me the most. I would say i have done it about 30-35 times over the course of 2 years often redosing during the night.
