Yes, although it will kind of defeat the purpose of the antibiotics, huh? I've taken adderall and antibiotics and I've been fine; however, unless you take amphetamines everyday, it will put strain on your body. People usually take antibiotics when they're sick and fighting off an infection - don't expect the antibiotics to work miracles if you're not a regular amphetamine user.

yeah, aphetemines really doesn't help an ailing body.
I'd also recommend you don't have your next dose of antibiotics until maybe 12-24 hours after your last hit of speed to be safe on your liver.
But make sure you keep taking the antibiotics until the end of the prescription even if you feel better, which I very much doubt you'll do after using speed while your sick.
