I've been searching the forums here and around the web for hours on how to break through suboxone realizing that it's near impossible. Just like anyone else I really don't want to waste any of my other medications so I would like to take them when they are again effective. I have a really fast metabolism and other medications seem to leave my system a lot faster than most other people. for example: if I take 50mg hydrocodone in the morning by the next morning (or before) I will already be feeling withdraw symptoms. That being said I took 8 mg thoughout the day yesterday of suboxone and 4mg around 8am this morning. it is now 4pm and I'm beginning to feel withdraw syptoms. Chills, aches, and sweaty palms and armpits mostly. As well as my mental capabilities are lacking as it is taking me much longer to make this post than it normally would. If I took Roxy tomorrow morning, having all this in mind, would I be able to feel it at all or atleast get rid of the withdraw symptoms I will most likely be feeling at that time? Thanks for any and all replies and if this answer is out there I'm sorry I attempted to use the search function for quite a while before posting.

i would like to add that I took the suboxone intranasally and noticed that most of the powder was taken orally due to drip and I highly doubt I absorbed even half the amount through my mucus membrane

Check out the suboxone mega-thread. Honestly, there is no way to breakthrough suboxone, that's the point. I doubt you'll even get withdraw relief from 30mg of roxy the day after dosing suboxone. Just take your suboxone normally.

this kinfd of question has been answered many times before

if you are in withdrawals you will be able to take oxycodone
