ok i was thinking about this ,and to me it sounds like it will work so tell me what u think, ok i need to get my wisdom teeth pulled sometime soon so after all the shit they do to get those teeth out of me and they give me the meds. for the pain i will be in, what if i say that i had the meds in my pocket and i took them out and laid them on the dash of my car with my windows rolled down when i went into the store and i come back to my car and they were gone with some cds i had layin in my seat as well, wouldnt they have to give me more since they were (stolen from me)HAHA and i could just keep them and the extras they would give me. so what do u think ,would it work.

Although this doesn't have to do with the scam itself, if you work this right you could end up with some real good pills. Try to get the most expensive plan possible, as it doesn't really matter because insurance pays for it anyway. My friend ended up being gassed and was given a prescription of oxy's. Just take the pain like a man or rely on the lower meds which are more easily obtainable on the streets and you would have ended up on anyway if you had opted with the cheaper option.

I have no idea what the above poster is talking about... the meds you get post-procedure have nothing to do with the quality of your health care plan, and if you only get gas, well, you're getting fucked over!

Dumped the publisher! They would basically, well, actually own the rights to the text and I get a total of 0.7% total gross profit - given that it's a smaller company, and most sales would be via the internet, and that TAOS would be apart of ANOTHER overall book - it just wasnt worth parting with for what could amount to never be anything! Hell yeah, I am all about the bengemins here.. if you paid me enough I would sell my dignity, consisious, soul, etc.. but for a few pennies off each cover I am not willing to totally remove myself from it (of course I could still update it on the 'net but if I ever decided to publish a BOOK I woulld have to go tot them ans beg for the rights to my own work!)
So that explains that.. I have an e-zine up and running, but it's still not to first issue given that I recieved a few REALLY good articles from people - but for every good article I probably get 2 or 3 CRAP articles.. little one and two paragraph deals about nothing worth writing about... um, just for those interested in submitting - RAVE POETRY IS OUT OF THE QUESTION ..

1) The primary focus of the text is securing a LIFE TIME SUPPLY of meds, but this one takes work.. maybe a good 6 monthsto a years worth of your time, countless visits to differnt doctors, and you will go through COUNTLESS prescriptions for NON-FUN SHIT.. so yeah, the payoff is worth it, but you will WORK LIKE A FULL TIME JOB for this.. now the other part of this was going to be a bunch of "fast scams" I know of - stuff likethe kidney stone scam that can get you 30 Vicodin ES and a shot of Demerol, a follow-up to your gdoctor might get you 30 Percocet .. I am afraid that most people would opt forthe "fast scams" and while it's not like these are super-secret underground ideas, we don't need IDIOTS using TAOS as a guide to getting fucked up.. it's one thing to pull the occasional scam but I have this gut feeling that some would turn their weekends into nothing but trips to ER's and spend all their free time anoying their regular doctor for "one more refill" ..
2) As apart of 1 - teaching IDIOTS how to scam drugs.. people that, without TAOS would NOT be able to pull it off - these are the ones that scare me and make me concerned.. it's one thing to gets IDEAS from the book, but to use it as your manuscript for your doctors visits, you will not only fail, you might make it harder for others to succeed...

I had my wizdom teeth pulled halloween last year. they gave me a few pills to help prevent infection, some more to help heal and a shit load of T3s...which was nice,,,i say if U smoke too much pot and are real lazy just phone up the good doc and say to him "Man that tylonal does shit for me doc! I cant sleep i cant think i cant eat i cant do anything! This pain is all im thinking about!@!!!" then start crying....he will eather give U more T3s or something stronger.

As to my response about my friend getting oxy's, that how she described it. She went in and they gave her two options: A)Use local anesthetic and some mild pain killers afterward. B)Get put under with anesthetic gas and have oxy as follow up. Option A was the less expensive of the two so according to the dentist most people chose that. Apparently her insurrance paid the difference between the two so it made no difference, so she was able to choose option B. Perhaps this was a shady dentist trying to make a little extra cash by charging more for the better drugs. I'm sorry if I was unclear the first time.
There is still a lot of info on BL about this topic so you can learn a lot without TAOS, and don't be discouraged, it's not that hard.
Try quick ER runs to test yourself and get a tad bit of practice. And contrary to what seems like some on BL say, most docs aren't evil and un-trusting people out to deny pills to the world. Here is a good example...
My gf has come out the past two times with hydrocodone script and on her last visit they kindly gave her a nice soothing shot of diazepam for her immediate "pain"...
She is in her early 20's, had bright pink hair, piercings, and has gone inside dressed in whatever she had on at the time, including "raver" clothes...
We've never had a single problem. I accompanined her as well with great sucess...we are by NO means some "professional scripters", and we don't spend hours practicing mock dialouges, or researching all the intricate details of some affliction in order to be extremley prepared. Sometimes too much information or practice gives the whole process an "unnatural" feel, and then problems occur...
You can walk out with a decent temp script without any worries usually, and then go on to working with doctors etc etc...
I suggest until you can get your hands on TAOS, to search BL for any info you can get, and then actually TRY to do this yourself, it isn't magic...

PS- Also, be sure to have medical inssurance, and make sure it's GOOD insurance, know your policy well. We both have pretty nice health plans through our job, but I have heard many stories of kids getting obscenely high bills in the mail after visits not realizing how much it can cost...

If ones wisdom teeth are impacted, even slightly, then I personally think that the ONLY WAY to remove them is under general anesthesia .. nitrous is fun for parties, but when you're breaking the jaw to dig those fuckers out, it ain't worth the torture!
ER scams are generally easy in that they will more often then not give you something to get you you out of the ER - 10 Percocet, 30 Vicodin, etc... enough to get you to your doctor is the idea.. you just need to make sure the condition you emulate is one that warrants narcotics and not a NSAID ..
As for insurance - I actually devoted an entire chapter to insurance issues... yeah, insurance is a bitch... the average co-pay for an emergency visit is like $50, which means you will probably have to pay that at some point in time - you can always go in with NO INSURANCE and claim yourself as indigent in which case you might be able to get away without paying for anything - but if you do have a decent job/insurance they might bill you for the FULL VISIT because if you have a PCP they can make the call as to if the "emergency room visit" was for an emergency or something that could have waited - I KNOW, I KNOW, you had real pain NOW and couldn't wait - I am just telling you what insurance companies have told me, and why I thought my $25 co-pay was the tickeet to tons ER fun - I now owe about $2500 in ER bills thatmy insurance comoany decided were not "real" emergency visits.. it was actually about twice that but I conested and they knocked about 6 off - but they said going to the ER for pain meds wasnt the same type of "emergency" as those damn kidney stones I keep passing!
So when I had that fancy insurance I was actually MORE FUCKED then when I was unemployed and broke...

IV Sedation and General were both refering to the same thing in my reply.. TECHNICALLY "IV Sedation" is the correct term - you get that cocktail of Ketamine, Fentanyl, and Versed.. "General" refers to when you're 100% asleep and not consisious at all..
The IV Sedation is the most fun you could have, trust me when I honestly say I wish I had another set is wisdom teeth just so I could get that again!

When I got my Teeth pulled several years ago, I got the IV Sedation flavor. It fucking rocked. I woke up thirty minutes later MORE FUCKED UP than I had ever been. I tried to hit on a nurse, and when I was drinking some chocolate milk later that day I just poured it all over my lap and thought it was damn funny. Definately a cool experience

wow...I didnt get that choice, "IV Sedation". Maybe I did and my mom just didnt let me know I had that one as well..lol. I went for the general b/c there was no way in hell I was going through that w/ only nitrous. I only had one removed, they only gave me some T3s, maybe I'll have the rest removed and opt for the IV.
