Another attempt at growing: SOG with 15 Power Plants.

NOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i've been wanting to grow soo bad, just sucks when you don't have a space that's safe :X i might have to make a stealth box or try growing outside %)

plants are lookin good man, are they all orange bud? can't wait to see those buds

TrippinPanda, they're all Power Plants and I've got two Orange Bud seedlings.

Bagera tomorrow, I'm gonna use my grow-box as a vegetative room for a couple of months after this grow.. I want to plant a fuckload of seeds outside this summer, so those are gonna have to grow in there before I can place them outside. There's gonna be Orange Bud, White Widow, Pure Power plant, Purple Tops and a couple of bagseeds in there.. Maybe you'll see a growlog of those as well, IDK yet.

After that it's probably gonna be Power plant again, I think.

You can see on the pics that there isn't much progress, it's due to the extreme colds we're having atm.. I can't keep the temperature up, last night it has been freezing -18 degrees celcius outside. The temp inside the grow-box is 19 with the lamp on and 13-14 with the lamp off.. I'm hoping that spring will come soon.

:X

Sounds like a good mix of plants that you're going to go with. You seem to really like the Power Plant strain, I'm guessing the smoke is reallllllly strong.

Average, but I like the way it grows.. It's a real easy strain. ;)

Adrenochrome, probably. Not sure what strain though.

Week 3 of flowering. They've recovered thanks to the rising temperature outside, I tied some branches down to fill in some empty spots.. Seedlings finally have made some progress, dunno what sexes yet. I really wanna see how this grow turns out, I'm certainly not expecting a lot. LOL.

Remember to flush before flowering..
You should try low stress training your ladies with shoelaces to optimize the light reception.

you should have Topped your plants b4 flowering, Also.... it looks as if they arent getting enough water, almost all your plants have wilting/browning leaves... this could also be because your light is too close, even though it doesnt look it... If possible, get your light as close to those babies as u can, especially into flowering...

StagnantReaction, I flush them with enzymes every other week, so that shouldn't be a problem. I've also tied some of the branches down, they're already catching more light as before (I don't know what more I could tie down).

Bfisher, why should I have topped them? It doesn't really matter, if I had, they still had that cold period in between, which stunted growth considerably, if I had topped them I imagine they'd be a lot smaller.. The reason for the yellowing of the leaves..? They're getting enough nutrients, not too much not too little, they're getting plenty of water every 2 days, lamp is hanging at 35-40 cm's from the plants (without heat build-up), I've tested the PH and that's alright as well, I'm not doing anything differently compared to the last grow, except for the cold period in between, which I assume is the reason.. The temps dropped to 11 degrees celcius at night and 15 during the day for 2 days or something, during that time I imagine that the plants had lot's of stress and couldn't transport much nutrients to the leaves..

But it's always guessing. Bud development is going very well now btw, seedlings are growing with the day as well..

Finally got the time to upload pics and post them here. Week 4 of flowering now, they've grown pretty well, yellowing of the leaves has stopped (for now), buds are forming nicely, seedplants are finally starting to look healthy, but I'd like it if they'd turn it up a notch or two..

Oh well, here's some pics, with the HPS on..

Looking way good. That little one needs to catch up lol. How much would you guess how much yeild your going to get out of that?

Yeah, they won't make harvest (the other one is hiding behind the plants in the middle), I'm gonna put them outside in a little improvised greenhouse in a week or two, see how they'll cope.. I don't have the space in the growbox to re-pot them anyways, so it's just gonna have to do.

^ Well thanks, IMO it looks miserable.. =D

Week 5 of flowering now, seems like they need another full month or so.

loooking pretty good, but im noticing alot of brown/yellow leaves... is your light too close ? it may be burning your babies, are u watering enuf ? not enuf ? what nutes are u using ?

other than that, they look fantastic.
if your light is not burning your plants, id suggest bringing it as close as possible to them if u wanan get a high yeild... they look like their lacking in bud a little bit, but u still got another month to go, so K+

also, orangebud is a very leafy strain, so take our time when your harvesting to chop them up very well, try to get every fanleaf out of there and all those little fuckers that grow right around the bud.

nice grow :P
