hoping to hear from folks who are using vitamins and supplements for Nbome recovery....accidentally taken as lsd...had serious atrial fib, and other vascular symptoms. still burning fire on face and sometimes all over and it was over a week ago. Thank you all.

You could be having feverish symptoms, which is a sign of overdose. If this is persisting past a week, I would seek medical attention.
You know your body better than us, so only you can gauge the severity, but it does sound like you need attention with this from a doctor.
