just bad cops waiting to happen.


so you called that a statement,
and then you made me sign it...
and then on my day in court, i couldnt deny it....
now i'm indicted.

i traded the statement for some.. co-operation,
a scene in my work place wouldve strained the boss's patience.
then on my day in court, when i stood up to say,
"not guilty"... they'd laughed and took me away.

crooks with badges decieve evryone,
civil respect at the point of a gun.

liberty stolen,
and a criminal record.
at first you think well shit,
it means nothing i'd reakon.
but it limits your life
in lots of different ways,
and it makes you think twice
'bout gettin busted again.
