I'm a (fairly) healthy 22 year old male, and I live with my gorgeous fiance. We were addicted to heroin and had sex every day. Then we got on suboxone and her libido was the same, but mine diminished. We started having sex every week, and then she had to nearly beg me for sex. Fast forward 5 months and we have sex maybe once a month. I probably only masturbate once a month.

What I have noticed recently is that when I climax, nothing comes out. Not when I jerk it, not when I have sex. I feel the climax, but it's definitely not the same as normal.

I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I'm thinking it's either the trazodone (tricyclic antidepressant), or the lowered libido from suboxone, or the lack of sexual activity. Probably a combination of these and others.

Going to not take trazodone for a while and see if that's what it is, or perhaps see a doctor to find out if this is dangerous

Going to a doctor is your best idea. If it is something other than the drug interactions they can diagnose you and if it is just the combo they can treat you.
