Summer sunsets fall wearily from the sky,
My soul desends and it flies,
My destiny lie in the grasp of your hand,
My freedom is the only thing I do command,
Living in this world full of hate,
You close your hand and trap my fate,
Slowly my heart withers away,
Why can't my love go out and play?
Farther and farther I drift into the night,
Slowly becoming to weak to fight,
Living in my own state of mind,
Searching endlessly for more of my kind,
Having no reason to show my love,
I fall to my knees and rise above,
All my reality falls from my grasp,
No more future, no more past,
In the eyes of my beholder,
I will not live, I will not grow older,
I have drowned in my own sorrow,
All I want is to see tomarrow,
Lend me your hand,
Before I fall from this land,
For my falling dreams have been shattered,
For my breaking heart has been battered,
Your words of compassion were not real,
From my heart you did steal,
Why do show me you care, then run away,
It wasn't me, but my soul you did betray,
Now I'll leave you with only memories to behold,
And I will begin praying that my sad story remain untold......
