anabolic AND recreational drugs?

we all have to blow off steam, right? especially me, having severe anxiety surface since a very young age, but how do you get high and keep some muscle especially off the juice?

now i know that GHB is the prime example, raising growth hormone and burning off excess fat.

levodopa (which i find recreational) does the same.

i've always thought fly agarics could be considered anabolic (in theory they should raise growth hormone via stimulation of the muscarinic & GABA receptors), not to mention they're known to increase strength while in your system via altering proprioception.

i'm also aware that benzo's raise HGH by reducing NE release, unfortunately they also cause muscle loss in the long run because of their muscle relaxant effects (if you don't use it, you lose it).

opiates do the same as benzo's but the use should be limited as they're very addicting and dramatically lower testosterone secretion, from my experience with ACL surgery, however they do prevent muscle loss, so they're not as bad as you'd think.

any other anabolic substances you guys can think of? :)
 
Why can't you just work out and eat healthy? It's not like drugs are destroying muscle tissue (unless you're hyperthermic and dying of a MDMA overdose).

If you want more human growth horomone then go buy some and run it... don't go looking for drugs that happen to have a side effect of elevating hGH or wghatever. It's a side effect, not a primary effect!

Regular usage of most of the aforementioned drugs are unwise anyway (BZDs, opioids are addictive).

Amanitas aren't really 'recreational' in the same sense that others are either - and just because they 'interact with GABA' doesn't mean they do anything to hGH (in fact if you did your research you'd know that they work through the opposite mechanism that e.g. GHB and bzd's work).

By the same logic you should be doing PCP or derivatives. Until you start destroying your muscles through overexertion and you can't feel it. (kidding, that wouldn't happen)

My advice: Vapourize cannabis and do all the psychedelics you like. Then eat a salad and a burger and go hit the track. (Might want to wait til the drugs wear off)
