I know that it breaks down/increases nitric oxide in the body.

Is this worth using when BB'ing?

If so which one is healthier Amyl Nitrite or Butyl Nitrite?

If it is worth using, how should one use it when BB'ing, i.e. after a lifting session?

I have never heard of poppers being used for lifting, it just sounds dumb. What positive effect could it possible give you? You really think the small amount you inhale would act as a vascodilator? Or are you planning on drinking it, that shit will burn a hole in your throat. It's a shitty high, and an all around shitty compound. why don't you try some aakg?

Have you ever tried amyl/butyl nitrite? It's a strong vascodilator, it's still used here in the UK as a hear med' and also is a cure for cyanide poisoning.

I'd be sniffing/inhaling it. I'm wanting to know, if it is worth it as a bodybuilding supplement, what doesage I should be using i.e. how many sniffs and when? Before, during or after lifting?

I know what the high is like and I'm not arsed. What do you mean by aakg? Do you mean AAS/steroids?

Please can someone add anything of intest regarding wheather or not Amyl/Butyl Nitrite will be of use? Thank you

poppers has no use in bodybuilding what so ever

bodybuilders have tried just about everything and the ones that work they use and people hear about.

Poppers is more likely to give you a stroke or something if you use it when youre lifting, because it'd probably be too much pressure on the brain/body.
 
the only thing you really need for vasodialation is l-arginine and l-arginine alphaketoglutarate (aakg). 5g of each pre work out and you'll have amazing pumps.

beta-allanine and citruline malate also work very well but I find that you have to supplement with taurine then too because 1 of those (I think the beta allanine but I'm not positive) strips taurine from your brain and heart cells over time. this is from personal experience.
 
yes

i wouldnt say the same about some other supposedly safe things tho.

i'm having my doubts about using citruline malate / beta alanine / caffeine.

i think they have side effects. l-arginine does not seem to have any.
