Yes, it looks like you took too much hydrocodone, for sure. The DXM also would have potentiated it, making it even stronger in effect, potentially, which is not a good thing when taking already very high doses of hydrocodone, with respect to your tolerance, and it seems like 40 mg is just too high. The amphetamines - that many - should have prevented any real nod, so I would say too much hydrocodone, and the DXM, too. And, it is not safe to mix DXM with amphetamines, due to the possibility of serotonin syndrome and possibly TOO much stimulation on the body, especially with that many amphetamines. All of the drugs, though, could have contributed to the nausea. But, yeah - way too much it looks like. Try getting to know individual drugs alone first and how they effect you and at what doses etc., and then, with proper knowledge and education, you COULD combine certain drugs if you want, though some combinations do carry inherent danger with them. But, if, for example, you could handle 15 mg hydrocodone and get a good high from that, you could add that to a normal dose of amphetamines you take, but don't be adding all of these drugs together at these high doses - really not safe, and not fun. Combos, though as I said are potentially very dangerous depending, can be made less dangerous with harm reduction techniques, but then some combos aren't that dangerous at all so long as you are not taking too much of any of the drugs in the combo. Also, I would avoid, completely, combining opiates and alcohol, especially because the Norco contains APAP which is hard on the liver like alcohol, and alcohol has a tendency to make one more nauseated, obviously, but also dull down an opiate high. Also, do not combine DXM and amphetamines. Bad idea. Try just the hydrocodone without DXM, and find a sweet spot for yourself. Then, if you want, add a SMALLER potentiating dose, in time, of the DXM to the hydrocodone, but not 80 mg as you did, more like 15 mg - 30 mg for a normal metabolizer. Just trying to help.
