Amphetamines - purple knees, numbness

I'm relatively new to amphetamines in frequent and/or high doses...and there's a few things I seem to experience that I'm not sure are typical, a sign of 'too much' or a negative reaction. These include, purple knees, pale/partially numb extremities, numbness/tingling in one arm.

This only seems to happen during prolonged use (2+ days)...although I recently miscalculated the dosage of a bomb, which resulted in me feeling extremely dizzy and nauseous whenever I tried to move, lots of anxiety, palpitations etc for a good few hours and my knees went purple during this.

Anyway, stupid dosage miscalculations aside, are these physical reactions typical of multiple day usage due to vasoconstriction etc or are they a sign to lower the dosage/frequency. As I'm quite new to it I find it difficult to establish how much is too much (apart from when its FAR too much, as above!). Additionally I have a family history of heart disease (although Im 20 and in good health myself) and generally rubbish circulation issues...I'm also on the birth control pill which I know can affect blood pressure. Cheers :)

used to happen to me too when i took way too much meth. Makes all your vessels constrict. avoid excessive amounts and you shouldn't experience it too much.
