firstly, i wouldn't take any of these sublingually because i am not familiar with anyone using that as a ROA for these supplements.
Magnesium is one you should be taking everyday. 500mg. of Magnesium Citrate would be ideal but be forewarned: Magnesium Citrate is known for causing diarrhea. on the other hand, diarrhea is the main side-effect of any sort of Magnesium supplementation in general. you might want to try 250mg. your first week and gauge how your body reacts to it in that regard. as far as when to take it... right off the bat i'll say, if it upsets your stomach, take it with a meal. otherwise, i would take two, 250mg. doses: one a few hours after taking AMPH and the other dose close to bedtime. that way you get the most out of its muscle-relaxing abilities. once you get familiar with it, don't be afraid to play around with when you dose and such. you might find that one large dose of 500mg. is what works best for you. dose it with the goal of it alleviating negative AMPH side-effects (mainly muscle rigidity) because, as far as i know, no one real knows the most beneficial way to dose it in regard to slowing tolerance.
i have litte experience with Choline+Inositol and how supplementing it pertains to AMPH. frankly, there are supplements that better match what you're looking for than Choline/Inositol. a therapeutic dose of Inositol starts at about 3.0g. if possible, i would return this.
i tend to take my anti-oxidants on the days when i am not getting AMP'd up. i have no citation for this but i do believe that's the better way to use them. Green Tea (EGCG) is a powerful anti-oxidant. the shitty thing about EGCG is its poor absorption. to boot, i don't believe there is a way to increase considerably enhance absorption. eat a few lemons just prior to taking as lemon juice is suppose to help. caffeine as well. something else i once read said that taking it while drinking green tea enhances absorption. i can't recommend a dosage here because i do not know the amount of green tea extract per serving.
hope that helps a little bit.
