Amphetamine / Base Speed Availability Thread

I should have some, supposedly top pasty stuff coming for Friday. I read al sorts about paste just being a way to conceal cut speed, in general I don't buy that explanation.

In the distant past I had a really good connection for speed, he was quite near the top of the chain but a a mate rather than a retail contact,he used to sell me the uncut product and that was always like oily putty, once dried it would cut down into power. He sent it off to a location to be cut down with glucose, even that was pretty good.

The last paste I had recently was quite wet but I don't think it was wet with water, it was either a bit of freebase or maybe a solvent, either way a be of gentle heat turned it into a product that chopped up well and was easily snorted if a little hard on the nose...bit if an eye waterer on big lines.
 
I miss decent speed more than any other drug. Am so fuckin' sick of the standard £5/g moisty "base" shite I've given up on the stuff completely round here. Pointless. Five quid buys a decent enough jar of coffee which tastes nicer and has way more stimulating effect. What is the point of paying fuck all for a gramme if you need a kilo to keep you perked for more than an hour or two? :\

On the consistency thang, by far the strongest speed I've ever had always came as an oil.

Thems was the daze...

It is most commonly a solvent. I'm sure a decent amount of the paste here is simply made by adding methanol to the powder. It weighs a lot more that way, and the end user has the arduous task of drying out any speed they want to use.
 
The only arduous thing is the hellish comedown! When your eyeballs and mouth are all over your face and especially when you are out and about and it runs out. The paranoia is intense!

I'm sorry, but back in the late 70's/early 80's when men were men and speed was amphetamine sulphate (not base, or putty or other bollox like that), a g cost at least 15 quid, but would last for the best part of a week. Yes it burned yer nose to fuck, but once the pain went away you knew you were in the grip of a powerful drug, not sitting there going 'i think i can feel something/my nose hurts/ my eyes are watering so it must be good shit - gimme another 1/4 and I might be able to tell...

I don't care what it's called these days, speed just isn't SPEED anymore (in the UK at least). I'm willing to believe it does still exist in small pockets, but generally it ain't what it used to be!!!
 
I would have agreed with you until recently, I haven't bothered with speed for many years but the stuff I've had recently has been pretty good.

I got a 1/8 of pasty stuff today, it dried out really quick, if you put it on a hot plate it melted, which I don't remember seeing before.

I've snorted a few lines and it's nice clean Amphet, not rocket fuel but still good speed.

I've always found speed not so bad for comedown, makes me feel a bit tragic for a couple of days but nothing in the league or MDMA.
