Ammonia crack issue

After adding ammonia drop by drop and the mixture turns milky I eventually get this soft white substance forming on the stir rod and bits and pieces of it floating around in the water/ammonia mixture.

Eventually this white substance stops forming and the water/ammonia mix is moved into another container and the white gooey crap is thrown out.

Problem is after continuing to add ammonia the water isn't turning milky after this soft white goo stops forming. How long until the coke freebase crashes out or is this white goo the coke freebase?

Does this white goo look like an oily layer? I suspect its the base, when you seperated the ammonia from it you should stir it with the tip of a knife to turn it into rocks...

I think the white goo is the freebase.

1st try putting the water almost at freezing tempersture (ice bath)...if it doesmt rock up then ...It needs to be hand separated or filtered from the water....then heated lightly in the oven to dry it out to make it solidify
