Amitriptyline and Mushrooms

Last night I took amitriptyline, 50mg to help me sleep. I hadn't taken it it for weeks before, because I stopped for a surgery (tonsils, it sucked). Anyway, going to eat about an eighth of mushrooms (never done mushrooms before, but good experiences with other psychedelics, a friend said an eighth was good, tell me if I'm wrong) anyway, will 50mg of amitriptyline taken 3 nights affect me much?

Did you take amitriptyline when you took the other psychedelics?...

If anything, I would guess that it would diminish the effects of psyches, but I REALLY have no idea. It probably won't affect you at all, but you're better safe than sorry; I wouldn't do it.
