American Stoners?

lol we've been over this, you know you've got a place to smoke n roll next time you find yourself unfortunate enough to be in the greater Buffalo NY area =p
 
It all depends who you walk up to. A group of hippies would be your best bet. We tend to be sunny towards strangers.

And personally, I've never met a british hippie so it would be as especially positive experience for me. :)
 
a lot of american stoners would laugh nonstop at your accent
you wouldnt be able to have a conversation because everytime you say bloke we will crack up laughing

Agreed. Also, yes I think you'd be welcomed pretty decently. Stick to larger cities though would be my advice. Then again, I think that's what you'd have in mind anyway.

Whatever you do, avoid Monroe County specifically any town named "Chili" lol
It'd be such a waste of a plane ticket.
Even though I think it would be fun as hell to have a new cool face around here. I know a few quaality growers so there would definitely be a decent place for another hippie.

Except I'm on the north coast.
Where the snow drifts are huge and the plowmen think that by piling all the snow off the street and into your driveway is doing you a favor.

Actually to confirm my warning for her to avoid NY, especially upstate NY. I just read an article about how NY ranks 51st!!! in the country in terms of levels of happiness. That absolutely blew my mind. The freakin giant ghettos that are Detroit and washington DC are happier than we are. What the hell :(
