America had the biggest NSA scandal (PRISM), Google stalks people hardcore, and our liberties are being curtailed every day in the name of either "fighting terrorism" or "removing drugs". We have troops in Afghanistan who are only there for the heroin, it's the same deal as Vietnam except they found out a cheaper way to pull a 'nam and went into Afghanistan instead.

The reality is, it's not as easy as just throwing the dealers or the manufacturers in prison. The problem, it comes with a culture that glorifies substance abuse, one that destroys your will to live by subjugating you in the slave system that is called modern American capitalism, as long as you have consumers, you will have producers. Nobody sits around trying to sell pulled pork sandwiches to mosques. Well, nobody who isn't retarded anyway.
