"Amber Wax" is what?
Pure THC is almost certainly unavailable on the black market, as it's production is clearly illegal, and even the impure honey hash oil (a sticky honey-colored resin) is not frequently made (and when it is, it's almost always for personal consumption, not the market). It sounds like this is something you've been offered, which is strange for someone who is not a stoner.
Honey oil's effects depend on the kind of weed it's made from (since it's simply an extract of the cannabinoids), though like hash, it's probably a little more towards the head-high side.
Pure THC has been prepared (it's used as a perscription drug, but most people on it find it to be less desirable - both from an theraputic and recreational standpoint) than weed.
If you don't like the body high from weed, see if you can obtain a sativa strain - those give much more of a head high than a body high.

Yeah its not too popular but my friend is a big stoner and he got it. Its like a little ball of wax that you put in the freezer for like a min and it turns to a glassy substance. You then take like a toothpick or pin and prick a small amount off that you place on a knife if you dont have a meth pipe. Then you get a small blowtorch and melt it....after this just breath in and its a very very strong high. Its like smoking 2 or 3 joints my friend said.
