which of this is a better option? amazed, bul-it or budbomb pipes? Is more clean/safe smoke from this pipes than smoke from joint or regular bongs? Thnx a lot

no its the same smoke from them all... stick with joints or a bong if u already have it. those devices u mentioned are overpriced

It's probably better for you than a joint, as the smoke is cooler and a considerable amount of tar stays on the coil and doesn't reach your lungs. It might even be better for you than a bong, as you aren't losing THC into water and thus smoking more to compensate.

Yeah thc is not water soluble so the amount that "dissolves" in the water and falls out of suspension is negligible. The water traps the heavier hydrocarbons that get through a regular pipe or joint. Water filtration is the best option after vaping.

that article is a study on ditchweed. reserving my opinion as im fairly certain almost none of the thc comes out in water. it goes into alcohol easier and u have to soak it in that for a long ass time to get it all out.

The potency of the weed doesn't matter, you're still losing (proportionally) more THC than tars into the water. I doubt one loses very much THC at all, but by the same token you filter out even less tar, so any health benefits of using a bong are squarely down to the lower temperature of the smoke compared to a joint or pipe. "Water filtration" is a misnomer, it's water cooling.

but if its higher potency there are proportionally more thc to the same amount of tars.

Exactly. Regardless of the potency, you still lose a greater proportion of the psychoactives than of the tar.

I recall reading a few articles that basically stated very little THC is lost using a water pipe; what is lost, however, are cannabinoids responsible for lethargy, i.e. "couch lock".

If you're concerned about your health, get a vaporizer. Smoke is smoke... It's never good for your lungs...

vaporizing new kinds of weeds is a whole new level, you can taste the real flavors of different strains
