Hi Bluelight people, I have 100mg amantadine pills. I've been reading some pretty good things about amantadine on the internet, but... is it really a recreational drug? Can it be enjoyable? I'm very addicted to tramadol right now. I want to know if this combination is a risk factor. Thanks in advance.

I haven't tried it yet, but I've been reading about it here on bluelight and it seems to be quite dangerous. I might try to get memantine and try that, the amantadine might be an experiment that I'll try at some point.

There is a full thread here. No experience by me.

I just took 50 mg of amantadine, we'll see what happens... I had already taken 24 mg of bromazepam, 2 mg of alprazolam, 450 mg of pregabalin and I don't know maybe... more than 1000 mg of tramadol in the last 24 hours.

I'll keep updating if anything happens.

EDIT: I have an extreme tolerance to tramadol and I've also been taking it for a long time, don't anyone even think about trying it

Yes, I read that entire post. Some say good things about amantadine and others say bad things.. I just don't know, I took 50mg of amantadine 10 minutes ago, let's see how it goes.

I added a little more amantadine, because I don't feel more than the drugs I was already taking, basically 200mg now. I saw that the "common" doses on Psychonautwiki go for that dose of 200-300 I'm thinking of increasing it.

I only took a total of 200mg, I think I just felt a boost from my other medications but nothing new.. maybe I'll try 300mg later. I'll probably order memantine, it seems to have a bit more research and there's a lot more information out there.
