am i ok?

Did you take the extended release, or instant release? The extened release causes a raise/drop cycle in bp for me.
 
i know i may be beeing ridiculous, but I just got a wierd pain on my face so i took it again and now its 109/55 and 85bpm.
 
Yea, even when I would take the beads out of the capsules and take them I would have those b.p effects. It was like the buzz would come on in waves a little, and I would think it was worn out, then would get the buzz again. I think since it is being released over a period of time it causes the b.p changes. You are fine though, even though a benzo would help reduce your anxiety greatly.

Extended release, huh? See, even if you are okay now, which you seem to be, I still dont think you should say your in the clear. As I said before, when my OD really got bad, it was a good 36 hours later. If you start to black out, go to the ER.

I dont know alot about blood pressures, but your pulse isnt bad. I'm around 100 normaly. But like Jay was saying, too low a number could cause your brain to not get enough oxygen, which is when you start blacking out.
