Am I in Phenibut Withdrawal? Will I be fine by next week?

I think I took 3-4mg of phenibut for 4 or 5 consecutive days.

Took OTC fatburner which made me vomit. Slept it off one entire day but for those 4-5 days I couldn't do anything but lie down and watch TV.

Yesterday I didn't take any phenibut. I however took like 4 pills of Picamilon and drank 1 beer. I woke up today not getting much sleep. Took an Adderall that I have a script for.

Now my heartbeat is fast but not loud. Not thumping but feels fast.

I have 2 hydros leftover from a wisdom teeth extraction. So everything I have is either prescribed (Adderall, Hydro) or unscheduled (phenibut, picamilon).

Will I be fine by this Fri? This Sat? Next Tues?

Anything I can do to avoid/get out of this withdrawal? Avoid GABA (alcohol, any more phenibut or picamilon--should I dump the rest of my phenibut)?

Anything else I can take?

The fast heartbeat is a sign of phenibut withdrawal, as well as a jittery anxiety in your stomach. If you are still having withdrawal symptoms, the best thing to do would be to take a small amount of phenibut on an empty stomach before you go to sleep each night. Do this for few days and lower the dose each night until you can sleep without it.

You could take citalopram(Celexa) and hydroxyzine. If that's not enough, add a benzo once in a while. You could talk to your doctor about hydroxyzine if you have imsomnia and celexa for that anxiety or social anxiety. Hydroxyzine is also good for anxiety. Therapy helps too. If you do get benzos, be careful with the benzos and only take them sometimes. If the psychiatrist cares, they'll warn you that benzos can be addictive and will only put you on a low dose of benzo. I was warned many times, but I got semi-addicted for a while then doled it down(tapered to a lower dose and took it less often).
Side note: phenibut looks almost like a precursor to phenylpiracetam.
