Am I hitting my vape for too long?

I have a professional vape (the arizer) which I set to 230. I always use the plastic tube (whip) at 230 degrees. The problem is that I notice that because it is not traditional smoke, I lose track of time, and I will hit the arizer, for about 3 or 4 hours. My head starts to feel fuzzy, and I am wondering if it is unhealthy to hit the vape for more than a hour or two. Is it dangerous to simply puff on it for a few hours casually? Or can it be harmfull to keep hitting the THC. It is hard to measure how well the vaporizer herb is hitting me, because everything feels cloudy. I fill the chamber with new bud only 2 or 3 times a day, and the chamber is the size of a small bowl/pipe, so not that much bud is being smoked!

Welcome to getting high! lol

you are fine. however, when i hit my volcano i start at 330 or 340 and work up to 400 in increments of 10. you start very low imo.

vape makes me lose track too..... nothing to fear.

If you have the same arizer vape as i do, you're not supposed to completely fill the bowl. Only enough to cover the screen.

Thanks Shasta, that tip has helped a great deal!!

I think the arizer at 230 is really strong btw, or my tolerance is lowering, because I am getting cloudly headed from a tiny amount of bud with that thing
