Ive recently started measuring my blood pressure whilst on stims. The only stim I have had since doing it though is 4-FA. But on it my chest can get a bit uncomfortable and even when lying down to measure my BP it is dangerously high (nearing hypertensive crisis levels). Whilst on 4-FA I urinate a lot, like once an hour and the volume each time is quite significant.
I usually drink quite a lot of water (regardless of level of sobriety), so last time I had 4-FA I reduced the amount of water I drank and the chest uncomfortableness was lessened and my blood pressure seemed to be slightly lower.
Am I drnking too much water?
