Am I Crazy?

I overthink everything in my mind. I imagine details that aren't there. I connect dots that are nowhere near eachother. I see people starting to think I'm crazy & imagining shit (which I am) how do I control this?

over using stimulants did something similar to me,

When I read the post I was thinking 'stims' straight away - staying awake for too long etc can really mess with your thought process.

Mind you some stressful situations can also make you feel like your losing it - maybe family problems and/or exams etc.

Rest / taking a break from drugs (including alcohol/weed) can really help you regain your focus.
 
Happens to me when I'm becoming manic. It can happen with overuse of stimulants too.

From your posts outside of TDS it's apparent that you have some heavy shit on your plate right now and that can make you start looking for things which aren't there and questioning what's real and what isn't.
 
mate i use to do x 3 times a week and have the same symtpoms. just lay off it for a few months and you will be cool.
just dont destroy your own mind too much.
 
I honestly don't know, but I've recently found knitting and practicing guitar to be quite relaxing. I've heard exercise does wonders for the mind too.

Learning meditation is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. Learning not to engage your thoughts and emotions is a skill which can benefit everyone and it's amazing how often you find yourself using it once you've learned it.
 
I know, haha. I wanted to smoke too badly. Haha. I think Imma pick up yoga or something.

you can absolutely change your life by learning and practicing meditation on regular basis.
doing some kind of moderate exercise daily, if possible, will also help immensely. i try to run/walk every day but if i skip a couple days i really notice my mood turning dark.
give both meditation and exercise a try. you've got nothing to lose and you just might find the simplest things can bring about the most positive changes.

But what I'm really having the problem with is like hearing shit. This moring I heard the weirdest like buzzing vibrating noise, like a phone, but it wasnt a phone. & it was crazy cuz I would hear it & feel it! & I think I'm imagining whole days, either that or blacking out. Cuz I'm remembering shit that apparently never happend & forgetting shit that did
 
Yeah... Maybe I'm just having some rediculously realistic freak dreams. It's screwing things up with people: me thinking shit happened that didn't. Has though it has resulted in some fun situations :D
