Am I being dicked about?

If she only canceled one time, it's very possible something just came up. She could also just be nervous about meeting a stranger. It happens. However, if she starts to do that every time, then yeah I'd say she's just messing with you and you should move on.

I dunno, it's a bit hard to tell really. Like Mr. Scagnattie said, she might honestly have been sick and her intentions might have been perfectly good. I say if you do really want to see her again, keep at it for a bit, see how things work out, but if she does that again then forget about it.

Agreed. Things happen. And since you don't know each other too well, maybe she just couldn't explain why. It might be "too much" for this early on. If it was just the one time then I'd let it slide and hopefully it won't happen again!

^^ Thanks, I think this is what I will do! Like I said, we got an GREAT before, so I dont know whats up. I mean, she suggested earlier this week (i.e. tuesday I think) but I was really busy with stuff til yesterday so she said 'friday it is then' then she cancelled on me about 2 hours before saying she was poorly! So I dunno, I guess if I don't hear from her next week then you know, theres plenty of fish in the sea and all that.

^Yeah, I think that's probably the best way to look at it. I've cancelled on a guy in the past when it was supposed to be our first date because I was genuinely stuck in bed completely sick. I think he got quite paranoid and never got back in touch after that, hah. Make sure whether or not she's being genuine before making any big decisions :)

Borderline is the definition of intolerance and nagging. Everyone has a flaw except the person nagging, that's how they view it.

Sounds to me like what you are talking about is the far more common NBS (Nagging Bitch Syndrome).
Iv met a lot of NBS "sufferers" first hand and I must say that I dont believe any of them had a borderline personality disorder. The only thing they were on the borderline of was turning into their mother.

I also know a female with a borderline diagnose and shes not intolerant at all, neither is she a nagging bitch and you really shouldnt blame or justify you acting all NBS on your borderline, it isnt helpfull for people who already suffer with this (often) misunderstood illness.
