my mate gave us 3 of these pills saying there for adhd ive heraed there the same or similar to adderal whats the best way to take them there hard as fuck to crush up so can i snort em? or am i best to just pop em?

edit: we just crushed the fucker and took half so see how it goes drinking buckfast aswell so hoping for a nice buzz cos we roke the time release so here we go test em out never had ritalin or adderaal or anything like it b4 but as u all kno am very ezxperinced.

It's ritalin / concerta.. methylphenidate.. look it up
