Alluna and hppd

i have acquired some OTC called alluna which has valerian root in it and hops. i have insomnia. i have a mild case of hppd, i have dropped heavily.

it seems like taking 6 of the pills and smoking some super skunk has some very positive effects on hppd, if you are looking for that. I also feel superiorly chilled out.

is this placebo?

HPPD is entirely mental. If you chill out it goes away. Imagine that.

No, valerian root can be pretty pleasant and anxiolytic, same with hops. Weed would help, but I would think it would exacerbate the hppd, at least it does with mine, but I've never had anxiety from it.
