Opioids Allergy after years

I just had an allergic reaction after years of opiate abuse. Now, I can not stand the itching. It's beyond the nice itch or the troubled itch, I tore my skin apart and was bleeding from my arms and legs and... So, I tried a month later anally and fine. the next time was terrible. My doc has me on Suboxone and trigger point shots in the back. I want some relief, is there any opiate that doesn't cause itching? Help me out.
