Allergic to ketamine?

I have been snorting K sporadically for about a year now, but the past three times were succeeded by itchy, watery eyes that leaked yellow mucus for about two days, accompanied by a runny nose and sore throat. Is this common? Is there anything that can be done about it?

Would K be the cause of the sinus infection, or maybe I had one already (my nose was running a *little* prior to insufflating the K), and doing K just irritated it?
...The idea of having to give up K due to being allergic to it saddens me...

I got this same thing after a K binge. You will get an infection from constantly irritating your sinuses, whether it be natural, or self-induced. I doubt you are allergic.
