Opioids All my receptors are affected by psyche meds how can this be goof

I'm thinking I take quetiapine which acts on s lot of receptors and blockk dopamine on on ropinirole which gives you dopamine quetiapine also affects serotonin I take alot of coffee I'm on lamotrogine and pregabalin and diazepam which all affect gabs and then I take cannabis and CBD and my opiate receptors with morphine
Wow just wow I hate neds
 
Is my brain fucked for good I been on these years I missed a couple doses of ropinirole and rattled like j do from opiates ;( I stopped taking lamotrogine and went manic
