Misc Alkyl Nitrite - What is the Best Way to get Maximum Effects

I've come across a small supply of alkyl nitrite. I've already used some to great effect, especially during orgasm. However, sniffing fumes directly from the bottle doesn't seem to get enough into me all the time, not even more than occasionally. How else should I do this? Put drops outside the bottle into something that would allow me to get a greater concentration (but what?)? I've read of using an unlit cigarette and sticking it into the bottle to inhale from; but wouldn't this filter out some of it? I've also tried a straw, but this was ineffectual.

How do I improve my ability to get more of this drug into me quicker? And is it best to inhale through my nose or my mouth; or does it matter?
