My question is....does an increase in alcohol tolerance lead to less sever hangovers?
My story:
I was a binge drinker at 19-21 years old. I would get hammered just on the weekends, drinking 10-15 beers/drinks. By the time I turned 22, I was getting such debilitating hangovers I binged less and less. I got into opiates for several years so needless to say I didn't drink at all. I've been absolutely sober for just over a year and I've started having a drink or two here and there. I definitely don't feel the urge to binge, but playing in a rock band, I'm around boozers all the time and it's fun to knock back a few.
Now, if I have even 3 beers, I will feel shitty the next day. Of course my tolerance is nilch. I was wondering if I had a beer every couple of nights and kind of got my body used to having ethanol in it, will I be able to have 3-4 beers and not ruin my next day?
Thanks in advance guys. I've learned a ton on this site and believe it's kept me out lots of trouble.
