Everybody seems to agree that alcohol and ghb is a dangerous combo, but me and my friends (certified G-heads who had there share of waking up in ER) believe to have found a rightfull place for alcohol regarding responsable GHB use.
Swapping stories of how and why we fucked up some time on G clearly showed a pattern:
- agains better knowledge some alcohol was used WITH the G
- The accustomed dose of GHB was taken by itselve without stimulants like coke/meth/mdma (one can handle way more GHB while stimulated)
- Subject had eaten just prior to GHB use wich caused slow absorbtion/onset of GHB trip, thereby fooling him that a second dos was necessary shortly thereafter (which caused it hitting him all at once)
Anyway what all these stories SHARE is that you usually fuckup when you REFILL the GHB for a second or third round of fun.
So that's why we decided to do just one good hard hit of GHB and when the high wears off, whe take a glass of beer and the instant the beer washes down your throat the high is retriggered.
In our experience we found it to be much safer practice than taking another cap, as beer is much less concentratet.
