Alcohol/Benzos then opiates

If you drink in the morning (8am), probably 4-5 shots, and take 1mg xanax with it, would taking opiates that night be okay? I slept from noon - 4pm and still feel slight nausea. The only reason I ask is because I don't want to throw up after taking the opiates.

If you still feel Nauseas then it's probably best to give the Opiates a miss. Also without knowing your Tolerance this could be a potentially dangerous combination.

I think the most important thing would be for you to consider taking an opioid while nauseous as pally pete mentioned. If that's not an issue, than leaving 12 hours between your alprazolam (xanax) dose and opioid dose is fine.
