I don't see why everyone hypes so hard against alcohol - it's one of the most used substances in the world for a reason. As long as you don't abuse it, you should be fine. And honestly, dehydration isn't as big as a problem as liver issues is when you take large amount of MDMA + Alcohol.

The same can be said for any substance....
But lets be honest, how many of the people on this site, and in ED in particular, really pay any attention to warnings and shit like that?

it all gets absorbed so there would be no polluting. actually the alcohol you drink before hand seems to help the roll kick in.
