Been drinking fairly heavily and do actively drink every day usually at the very least 3 drinks, upwards of 14 or more, daily for the past 4+ years. At roughly 12-14 drinks for the night as well as a fair bit of cocaine (maybe about .3-.5 grams). obviously the latter is a poor choice mainly due to the fact I have had what i've assumed is a sinus infection for a while and want to take sinus medication for that however it contains Acetaminophen I believe and know that is already unrecommended with alcohol. Had the same combination, different amounts but same substances, recently and felt awful with sever stomach cramps that I accounted to either that or lack of my usual poor routine of a few shots in the morning (for the hangover) or just being hungry. Turned out fine but after the intake of drugs tonight i'm second guessing how safe it is to take sinus medication after two drugs that already mix dangerously at higher amounts and both, to my knowledge, don't mix well with Acetaminophen. Would prefer to wake up tomorrow with stomach issues than a sever headache due to not being able to breath out of my nose but also not trying to force someone to drive me to the hospital or anything.

Not my place to order someone to do something. But a "suggestion" is a suttle command. Stop drinking if you want to live.

Again not my place to order someone. I take a lot medications that are rumored to hurt the liver & organs and for the most part my liver and organs are in good shape.

None of my medications contain Tylenol or Advil which is a bonus.

Your combination is just not sustainable and your symptoms suggest the party is over somewhat if you fancy remaining in anyway healthy

Coke/ alcohol is a terrible mix in it's own right as combines to produce the even-more-toxic cocaethylene

These guys make some very valid points that I would consider OP. Alcohol and Cocaine is pretty toxic as drug combinations go. You´re really affecting so many different organs in the process, your heart, your liver. It´s a bad combination.

If you have a sinus infection, it´s not likely that Acetaminophen will cure it. Cocaine will continue to cause tissue damage in your sinuses regardless of whether or not the pain is under control. If it is truly an infection, you will likely need some kind of antibiotic to treat it.

At any rate, if you´re unsure, you should really go to the doctor man. This one is a little bit out of our wheelhouse besides confirming the danger of this combination.
