One once said you can't teach an old man to drink
but i think
one was incomplete.
If one told you to take a look around, a step back
would you leap?
one told you to love, not compete.
But what does one know and who knows who one is
can you see? One must weep
for one is No one, none's existence is concrete.

In the beginning there was One, and it was as lonely and tragic as it sounds.
But One is never less than positive.
The quiet voice inside One's head whispered: "don't despair, go forth and multiply"
And the thrill of the prospect almost caused One to burst into a million fragments
Almost burst.
After the rush came the realization: One multiplied by One is One.
Tragically, One remained alone; utterly lonely.
And after a very very long time; one simply fell to pieces, countless pieces.
Small, aimless, shuffling, spinning, flying, creeping, crawling, dying, disconnected from one another.
One hell of a mess and of course utterly alone.
You see one divided by one, is one.
