Opioids After cold turkey from Codeine how long before dosing?

Hi,

In the UK you can get Codeine containing products OTC.

I've just spent a few days going cold turkey after taking codeine too many times in a row (well continuously for about 6 months!). Having had two days of no wd symptoms now, I was wondering when it would be safe to dose again without getting withdrawal symptoms? Then how many days to leave as a minimum between doses to avoid them in the future?

I have a stash of boxes waiting for CWE that I bought before using the Easter weekend as a chance to go cold turkey away from work and really wanna do them tonight.
