Afobazol - novel russion benzodiazepine

I wonder what novel drugs come out of China, they're biochemical and pharmaceutical industries are titanic, however I guess they keep all their stuf for themselfs considering they're 'extroversive' behaviour.

^ IIRC, the Chinese have invented some sort of super-potent opioid for use in maintenance treatment.

Edit: Dihydroetorphine. Would kill to get my hands on a few tabs of the stuff.

"A close relative, dihydroetorphine has been used as an opioid painkiller for human usage in China" (wiki).

It's used for both. For a while, morphine maintenance was used in various countries. That doesn't mean that morphine doesn't get you high.

stimulant effect?

anyone notice any stimulant effects from taking Afobazol?

one of the first times I took it I took 2 tabs + 1 tianeptine... and shit man after a few hours, I didn't actually realize I was stimulated except that it was 6 in the morning and when I lay down on my pillow... I was wide awake... and i mean *wide* awake. Next day I was still feeling like this after I woke up (somehow I did get to sleep I don't know how), well I was feeling really stimulated like I had 20 cups of coffee or something... this is like 12 hrs at after I originally took it... finally it started to weaking a few hours later. Seemed to be a bit rough on the heart. Felt really unhealthy because of the effect on the heart.

Then last night I also took only 1 tab + 1 tianeptine... no more than 1hr before bed. so I guess it might be an effect from the combination of both... tinapetine can have some mild stimulant action but nothing strong enough to interfere with a good sleep... last night when I tried to sleep, let's just say that it was the worst sleep I've had in years.

so anyone know if afobazol by itself has some stimulant effect? or if it must be the combination?
