Advice on Pre-Loading....

what do u mean by "prior to dropping"? ---> jamie??
thats WHAT 'preload' means...

I drop my e with cranberry juice.. I find that it is helps my stomach lining (i mean in terms of acidity), doesnt make me as nauseous and keeps stomach from bloating
 
Yeah, I know what it means Dragon - I meant just before dropping, not the days and hours leading up. Sorry if unclear.

So is it agreed that a more alkaline stomach environment is preferable?

That's very interesting, as cranberry juice is highly acidic. Most people find they seem to require basic (alkali) drinks to quiet their stomach - literally "anti-acids" (antacids).

It's worth noting that amphetamines are absorbed better in basic environments, but its never really been established how much "more" you get out of a pill by eating mylanta, tums, etc beforehand...
 
well.. I dont buy the bottled variety anyway.. (dont believe in bottled juices)

I crush cranberrys and seive out the skin and put the juice into the bottle.
I read somewhere that cranberrys have stomach coating properties. Im not sure about the the acidity factor of cranberrys but cranberrys are also used for cystitis (urinary tract infection). (in substitute of ural) it has been shown to lower the ph of urine and treat infection of the tract.

If nothing else, at least put some salt in your water. This is suppossed to help with muscle cramping and avoid getting water logged.
 
I don't know...Someone needs to order the vitiman pack and let us know how it goes. It's only five bucks. I'm just wondering is it good to have all this shit in your system....is it not better to keep it simple? If you did the whole pack you would be taking sooo many pills.
 
I don't get the purpose of DLPA and L-tyrosine, anyone mind clearing up?
 
^^ DLPA (phenylalanine) and l-tyrosine are precursors for dopamine and norepinephrine. In theory if you preload with them beforehand it will enhance the body rushes / speedy nature, and for the post-load itw ill help replenish them.
 
speaking of pa, why does it say on syntethic sweetener containing things under the ingredients listing "*contains phenylalanine source" ?
 
People on irreversible MAOIs are advised not to consume artificial sourcses of phenylalanine, due to the small (but non-negligible) risk of precipitating a hypertensive crisis, which could result in death or brain damage.
