Advice on how to find a specific case study.

Ok so I'm looking for a case study that would have originated in my country. I know the name of the doctor who had the case, hospital it occured in, drugs used, duration, symptoms, response to medication etc.

But I don't know how to find the paper. I know it exists, just don't know where to look. Any advice?

Cheers but sadly it's not on pubmed Are there any other databases for journal articles and whatnot? I've seen one or two others but I can't recall the URLs....

Lots. Call up the doctor though and ask him where it was published, if it was published. Generally something they like to talk about.
